What is Banneya London?

Banneya London is the new destination where you can create a piece of jewellery that is not only beautiful but also has a story. We make unique fine jewellery sourced from the most exciting contemporary designers around the world to match your needs and desires.

Where is Banneya London located?

We are based in London where most of our jewellery is made and finished.

Do you have any stores where I can view the jewellery?

We are an innovative jewellery business selling all our made-to-order products on-line.

We do not have a store yet, but if you want to see some of our fine jewellery we would be happy to show you some examples at our offices in South Kensington. Please book an appointment with us using appointments@banneya.com.

Buying Jewellery

How to buy?

Once you have found your product on our website, there are a myriad of customisation options that you can select to make the fine jewellery piece your own.

  • For women’s jewellery you can select up to 3, 18ct golds on offer (rose, white or yellow)
  • For men’s jewellery you can select up to 3, 18ct golds (rose, white or yellow) as well as sterling silver
  • If the piece you have chosen has stones you can select your favourite(s) from up to 10 options we currently work with; Amethyst, Aquamarine, Black Diamond, Diamond, Emerald, Onyx, Peridot, Ruby, Sapphire and Tsavorite. If you would like to use different stones please let us know by emailing customercare@banneya.com and we will try to accommodate your choice.

We also encourage you to be creative and design your own piece. We can help you with the whole design journey, please contact us using bespoke@banneya.com.

How do I check my ring size?

If you are unsure of your ring size, print this ring sizer and place one of your rings in the corresponding diagram to find your size.

What stones do you use?

Amethyst, Aquamarine, Black Diamond, Diamond, Emerald, Onyx, Peridot, Ruby, Sapphire and Tsavorite. If you would like to use different stones please let us know by emailing us at customercare@banneya.com and we will try to accommodate your choice.

Are your materials ethically sourced?

At Banneya London we source all our gemstones from reputable and legitimate dealers. Our gemstones are "A" quality material, clean stones with good colour and cut. We take great care to work with suppliers who adhere to the Kimberly Process (http://www.kimberleyprocess.com). This ensures that our diamonds are conflict-free and we undertake all reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in the UK.

What is the quality of your stones?

Any Banneya London piece with a single diamond weighing more than half a carat (0.50-ct) will be accompanied by a Diamond Grading Report from the GIA Laboratory to guarantee its dimensions and weight.

We always showcase the total gem weight of our pieces in the product description.

What is the quality of your metal?

The Assay Office in the UK individually hallmarks all our fine jewellery. This trusted mark guarantees that each and every piece purchased at Banneya London adheres to the legal standards of purity and has been independently tested by experts. Where are the pieces made?

All of our pieces are produced in the UK.

What if my purchase doesn’t fit?

We offer one free re-sizing for rings within 90 days of delivery. Re-sizing can take up to 3 weeks. If your ring does not fit, all you need to do is email us with your order number at customercare@banneya.com using "Re-size" in the subject box and we will issue you with a pre-paid returns label to print off and attach to your packaged box. We suggest you use the original packaging to return the products to us.

Do you do repairs?

We only repair Banneya London pieces if they are damaged on arrival.

Unfortunately we cannot repair any items purchased from other brands.

Do the products come with a guarantee?

We guarantee our products for 1 year from date of purchase.

What if a stone falls out?

In the unlikely event that one of the stones in your jewellery falls out, we will replace it free of charge within 14 days from date of receipt of the jewellery. Please email us at customercare@banneya.com for a returns authorisation number.

Ordering from us

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

All our products come in our beautiful Banneya London black and white packaging in which you can store your piece at home and when you travel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

When is my credit card charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged once you order is confirmed – this allows us to source the gold and the stones needed to make your piece to order.

What if I have a problem whilst paying on the website?

Do I pay any tax on the item?

The price displayed on Banneya London is inclusive of UK VAT.

You can always email us at customercare@banneya.com we will respond to emails within 24 hours.

We are also available by phone on +44 (0) 207 117 6039 everyday from 9am to 6pm. If we cannot answer immediately please leave us your name and number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is it possible to meet with you and talk through my purchase?

We would be happy to meet you and talk through any concerns you may have, and even show you some of our fine jewellery at our offices in South Kensington. Please book an appointment with us using appointments@banneya.com.
