Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery to all EU countries (United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), Bahrain, Hong Kong, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and the United States.

If your country falls outside our current scope, please contact us and we will endeavour to help. All shipments are sent securely by trusted couriers and we are able to accurately track where packages are at any time.

Delivery within the UK

Delivery within the UK is free and provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery within the EU

Delivery within the EU is free - Express International delivery provided by Worldnet International, which takes 1-2 days.

Delivery (International - Non EU)

International delivery is free - Express International delivery provided by Worldnet International or DHL, which takes 1-2 days. When delivering internationally, the price you see will be inclusive of all import duties and taxes and UK VAT will be removed. Items are shipped DDP (delivery duty paid) and therefore you will never have to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.

Can I track my order?

Yes, for UK orders simply enter the tracking number we emailed to you at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. For International orders, visit http://www.worldnet-intl.co.uk or http://www.dhl.com/ and enter your tracking number there.

How long does it usually take for my purchase to be delivered to me?

Our normal turn around time from order to dispatch is currently 2-3 weeks. We use state of the art workshops to hand finish each piece and all jewellery is individually hallmarked by a UK Assay Office.

You will receive 3 emails from us throughout the process:

  • One email to confirm your order has been received
  • One to let you know that your piece is being finished
  • One email to confirm your order has been dispatched along with your shipment tracking number
